Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we at Disire are proud to ship to over 35 countries worldwide.
How do I know where my package is?
When your order is sent from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation to your e-mail address. This contains a parcel ID / shipment number that you can click on to track your shipment. A package can be delayed a few days if something unforeseen happens, if you have not received your package in about three days, you can contact our customer service here or send an email to support@desire.se
Can anyone see what the package contains?
Our packaging for shipments is discreet and are sent in neutral white / brown boxes, without our logo.
How do I pay?
We accept all known credit cards, paypal and google pay. You will be able to find all the payment methods available for your country during the checkout process.
Pay Later with Klarna?
In some countries, we offer klarna pay later service. In cases where you have chosen this payment, it is administered by Klarna and their invoices are sent by email. If you have not received your invoice, you can go to Klarna's website or download their app to see your invoice.

How do I change / cancel an order?
If the order has not been packed, we can change or cancel it. However, we do our best to pack and ship within 24 hours. Contact our customer service via the page or send an email to support@disire.se, mark the email with "Cancellation" for faster handling.
What opening hours does customer service have?
Our customer service is open weekdays 9-17. It is possible to email us at other times as well. During the day, you will normally receive an answer to your question very quickly, if you have not received an answer to your question within a reasonable time, it may be that your email has ended up in a spam filter.
How long is the delivery time?
If you choose our normal shipping, you will normally receive your order within 2-4 days depending on the country. Express shipping 1-2 days. At the moment, all our packages are sent by DHL or UPS who will contact you before delivery. After you order, you will always receive a shipment number that allows you to track your delivery.
I want to return an item / order
To return one or more items, send an email to customer service and you will receive more information on how to proceed. You can return all or part of your order up to 45 days after you receive your package. The products you return must be in original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.
